Job Description:

Responsibilities:
Develop and execute test automation scripts, analyzing results to ensure software quality.
Design and implement test cases based on requirements, verifying that development outputs meet defined acceptance criteria.
Perform various testing activities, including functional, integration, and regression testing, adhering to industry best practices.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements in testing and related areas.
Generate reports and communicate quality assurance findings effectively.
Manage test artifacts in Azure DevOps, utilizing various issue types and templates.
Qualifications and Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or 2+ years of experience as a QA Test Engineer
Proficiency in Web Services and UI Automation Testing: Demonstrating a strong understanding of principles and practices.
Knowledge of the Software Development Lifecycle and Diverse Testing Methodologies: Including experience with testing, deployment, and a commitment to best practices.
A Drive for Continuous Improvement and Collaborative Learning: Showing a proactive approach to innovation and the ability to quickly adapt and work across teams.
Strong Communication Skills: Possessing excellent verbal and written communication abilities.

The base salary range for this position is $70,000 – $125,000, excluding benefits, bonuses, or other compensation. Your final salary will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, location, and internal pay equity. Please note, hiring at the top of the range is uncommon to allow room for future salary growth.
