Quality and Safety Administrator
Pay Rate: $41,600 – $52,000 Annually
Location: Houston, TX 77051
Hours: Monday – Friday 8:00am – 5:00pm
A growing pipe, valve, and fittings organization is seeking to hire a Quality and Safety Administrator. With your strong communication skills, you will be responsible for maintaining health and safety initiatives. Submit your resume today!
Responsibilities:
- Ensure all corporate health and safety initiatives are carried out at all locations.
- Write, interpret, and present safety instructions, procedures, and policies.
- Train groups of all levels and sizes.
- Maintain compensation activity and OSHA 300 Logs.
- Log injuries as directed and maintain contact with injured employees.
- Work with Human Resources to ensure all medical protocols are in place to adequately support employee medical needs.
List Qualification or Requirements:
- Must have a High School Diploma and 5 years’ experience in an industrial/distribution environment minimum.
- Must be EMT or EMT-P certified or at minimum, 1st aid responder.
- Intermediate to advanced skills with databases, spreadsheets, presentations, and word processing software.
- Excellent skills in communication both verbal and written.
