Job Description
Our client, an independent oilfield services company, is seeking a dedicated Quality Control Technician to support their operations. In this role, you'll be responsible for reading blueprints, conducting visual and dimensional inspection, and record all results. Responsibilities:
- Ability to read engineering blueprints, interpret specifications and Quality Plan.
- Understand and follow Engineering and Quality requirements against parts being inspected.
- Visual & dimensional inspection experience is a must.
- Basic Math: Demonstrate the ability to use shop math including addition, subtraction, division, and
- multiplication. Familiarity with Microsoft Excel, word, power point is a plus.
- Recording results in spreadsheets and proficiently compiling data.
- Follow dispatch list to complete daily testing job.
- Follow basic safety and housekeeping.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Proficiency in reading and understanding engineering drawings and blueprints.
- Must be able to pass pre-employment screenings, including drug tests and background checks.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- 3-5 years of related experience
