Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled Quality Engineer to ensure product and process compliance with industry standards while driving continuous improvement. This role is ideal for a proactive professional with a strong analytical mindset and experience in quality assurance within a manufacturing setting.
Responsibilities:
- Investigate and resolve quality issues, conducting root cause analysis and corrective actions.
- Lead Management Review Board (MRB) meetings and maintain quality documentation.
- Monitor supplier quality performance and implement improvement initiatives.
- Conduct risk assessments and contribute to new product development projects.
- Perform inspections, document findings, and drive continuous process enhancements.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- 3–5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably in quality assurance or engineering.
- Strong problem-solving skills with knowledge of Six Sigma, lean methodologies, and quality tools (FMEA, control charts, Pareto analysis).
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) with strong documentation skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
