As a Quality Inspector, you’ll be a key player in ensuring the accuracy and consistency of small, high-performance components in a clean, climate-controlled environment. Responsibilities
- Perform periodic in-process and final inspections
- Use measurement tools such as calipers, micrometers, comparators, height verniers, and more
- Interpret blueprints, engineering specs, and production documentation
- Record data for SPC (Statistical Process Control) charting as needed
- Maintain inspection standards and documentation accuracy
- Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications and Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a quality inspection role in a manufacturing setting
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Strong attention to detail—must be able to detect defects in very small parts
- Experience interpreting blueprints and using inspection equipment
- Ability to follow detailed instructions and maintain quality documentation
- Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. and subject to E-Verify
- Must be able to pass pre-employment screening

The base salary for this position is $19.50/hr., excluding benefits, bonuses, or other compensation. Your final salary will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, location, and internal pay equity.
