Job Description
Join a leading industrial firm as a 2nd shift Quality Inspector in a temp-to-hire position. In this role, you'll be responsible Provide on-site supervision needed to clarify drawings and discrepancies; coordinate interfacing of various trades; provide quality standards and reject improper quality product. Responsibilities:
- Knowledge of qualities, grades and applications for steel grades utilized by the company.
- Understand ASME standards and policies, including additional training to shop employees who must abide by these procedures.
- Continually audit, spot check, and verify ASME WPS standards and procedures are being followed and completed on necessary orders
- Conduct the analysis and inspections, to assure the quality of the assigned product and/or component. This includes the daily visual inspection of welds, bevels, burns, fit up drawings and OD/ID shells
Qualifications and Requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Previous in the same related field
- CNC operation and Manufacturing software.
- Previous experience operating a crane with the use of magnets a plus but not required.
- Must be able to pass a pre-employment criminal background check and drug screen.

Please keep in mind that the range mentioned above is the full base salary range for the role. Hiring at the maximum of the range would not be typical to allow for future & continued salary growth.
