Job Description
Join the team as a Receiving Coordinator and be a key player in driving production goals and upholding our high standards. You'll work with a top designer and manufacturer of fiber optic networking products that power the expanding markets of cable TV broadband, fiber-to-the-home, and internet data centers. In this role, you’ll be responsible for the accurate and timely put away of materials and ensure daily targets are achieved and all receiving processes run smoothly.
Responsibilities:
- Assemble optical, electronic, and mechanical parts per instructions and drawings
- Receives materials and verifies correctness of shipments against documentation
- Ensure all incoming shipment records are timely recorded in SAP, MES and GR files in the department share folder
- Able to resolve shipment related issues independently or contact shipper regarding any issues with Lab coat management, replacement and in/out barcode scanning
- Replenishment of daily lab supplies
Qualifications and Requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED
- Warehouse related experience
- Ability to use Microsoft Office
- Stocking, loading, shipping and receiving experience
- Ability to operate pallet truck
- Mandarin Chinese preferred
- Must be able to pass a pre-employment criminal background check and drug screen

The base hourly range for this position is $16- $19 an hour, excluding benefits, bonuses, or other compensation. Your final salary will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, location, and internal pay equity. Please note, hiring at the top of the range is uncommon to allow room for future salary growth
