Salary Rate: $17 to $20 depending on experience
Location: Houston, TX 77016
Shift: 7:45 am to 5:00 pm
- Welcome visitors in a friendly manner and notify appropriate staff members of their arrival
- Answer, screen, and direct phone calls to the appropriate staff member
- Receive and distribute mail, documents, packages, and courier deliveries
- Perform administrative and clerical support tasks
- Retrieve information from records, email, and other documents and prepare written summaries when needed
- Respond to and resolve administrative inquiries and questions
- Assist in processing work orders and billing
- Coordinate and schedule travel, meetings, and appointments for leadership
- Prepare agendas and schedules for meetings
- Maintain stock of safety and office supplies and restock kitchen supplies as needed
- Keep the reception area and common areas clean and tidy
- Perform other related duties as assigned
- Bilingual in Spanish and English is highly preferred
- Previous experience in an administrative receptionist role
- Professional communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or related software
- Effective organizational skills and strong attention to detail
- Ability to work independently
- Availability to maintain a consistent work schedule from 7:45 am to 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday
