Job Description
Contact with customers and attempt to initiate payment plans to resolve delinquent statuses.
Responsibilities:
- Make outbound phone calls to secure payment on past due accounts to zero balance
- Utilize a service-centric approach to offer resources, and solutions to secure payment
- Maintain confidential information, and update customer account files
- Ability to negotiate while maintaining sensitivity, tact, and professionalism
- Speak clearly, concisely, and effectively; listen to and understand information and ideas as presented in writing and/or verbally
- Ability to multi-task by speaking with customers and typing notes simultaneously
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Greater attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
- Proficient knowledge of relevant computer programs such as MS office
- Must be punctual and dependable
- H.S. Diploma
- Customer Service Skills and Retail experience

The base salary range for this position is $16.00 excluding benefits, bonuses, or other compensation. Your final salary will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, location, and internal pay equity. Please note, that hiring at the top of the range is uncommon to allow room for future salary growth.
