Job Description
The Temp Staffing Coordinator serves as the primary liaison between the Company and contracted staffing agencies. This position coordinates the temporary staffing needs of all departments. Reviews applications and resumes of temporary candidates to hiring managers and coordinates interviews as necessary. The Temp Staffing Coordinator performs temporary employee onboarding and processes the temp employment paperwork and background check documents. Gathers, organizes, audits, and submits temporary staff timesheets to staffing agencies on a weekly basis
Responsibilities:
- Gathers, organizes, audits, and submits weekly temporary staff timesheets to appropriate staffing agencies.
- Performs temporary staff onboarding; processes temporary employment documents.
- Prepares, audits, and submits initial invoices with required documentation to ensure contracted staffing agencies are paid.
- Communicates releases and resignations between staffing agencies.
- Perform other related duties as requested.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Associate's degree in human resources, business administration, or related field from an accredited institution. Years' experience may be substituted for education requirement.
- Minimum of 2-3 years' experience in human resources, recruiting, payroll, & onboarding.
- Minimum 1 year of experience working with staffing agencies
- Must be able to pass the test with 80% accuracy and can type a minimum of 35 WPM
