Your New Role: As a Regional Purchasing Manager, you will:
- Oversee the procure-to-pay process, ensuring compliance and efficiency
- Document and standardize procedures to support process optimization
- Implement sourcing strategies in alignment with facility needs
- Manage supplier relationships and coordinate trials and product testing
- Ensure contract compliance and maximize facility-level advantages
- Track and report key performance indicators (KPIs) to senior leaders
- Lead teams in identifying cost-saving opportunities with suppliers
- Facilitate annual supplier scorecard evaluations
What You Need:
- 5-7 years of experience in sourcing, purchasing, or manufacturing-focused project management
- 2-3 years of experience in indirect purchasing (e.g., materials, facility services, IT, professional services)
- 3 years in a management role, leading teams effectively
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution
- Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools
- Strong interpersonal skills for building partnerships with stakeholders
- Knowledge of plant manufacturing operations and sourcing strategies
- Skilled in Microsoft Office Suite and relevant software
