Job Description
We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) – Oncology & Radiology to join our healthcare team in Sugar Land, TX. In this role, you will provide exceptional nursing care to patients in an assigned clinical area, ensuring their safety and comfort while adhering to legal, organizational, and professional standards. As an RN, you will also take on a leadership role within the unit, working under the supervision of a Nurse Supervisor or RN Coordinator.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality nursing care to oncology and radiology patients.
- Utilize critical thinking to assess patient needs and prioritize care effectively.
- Perform IV insertions with strong proficiency.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, ensuring patient safety.
- Monitor and manage patient responses to treatments, including chemotherapy and infusions (preferred).
- Educate patients and families on treatment plans and post-care instructions.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to coordinate and optimize patient care.
- Maintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Texas.
- Strong IV insertion skills required.
- Infusion and/or chemotherapy administration experience preferred.
- Previous experience in oncology, radiology, or an acute care setting is a plus.
- Excellent critical thinking, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while providing compassionate care.

If you are hired, your base salary will be determined based on factors such as individual skills, qualifications, experience, and geographic location. In addition, we also believe in the importance of pay equity and consider the internal equity of our current team members as a part of any final offer. Please keep in mind that the range mentioned above is the full base salary range for the role. Hiring at the maximum of the range would not be typical in order to allow for future & continued salary growth
