- Work hybrid at the company office in Lincoln, NE
- $65 – $90 / hour salary based on skills & amount of professional experience.

DO YOU ALIGN WITH THESE KEY QUALIFICATIONS?
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Business, or related field.
- Experience in reinsurance projects or transformations required
- Understanding of reinsurance accounting is essential.
- Familiarity with Python, PostgreSQL, and Oracle GL products is beneficial.
- Focus on process and functional design preferred over specific technical skills.
- Background in monthly private loan settlements or joint venture settlements is advantageous.
WHAT WILL YOU DO?
- Work on reinsurance settlement projects to streamline processes.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements for settlement contracts.
- Develop custom data solutions using Power BI and other tools.
- Build enterprise-level scalable solutions for reinsurance settlement.
- Understand reinsurance accounting principles and incorporate them into solutions.
