Job Description
Life Line Screening is looking for Sales Representatives who are compassionate and consultative. You will be responsible for educating our callers about the benefits of early health screenings and additional services available.  
Responsibilities:
- Collect relevant heath information to understand their specific health risks
- Educate callers on the benefits of early health screenings, which improve length and quality of life through the prevention and early detection of chronic/major heath conditions
- Use a consultative sales approach to recommend medically relevant services, while converting leads and meeting sales goals
- Schedule screening appointments and collect payments over the phone
- Discuss multiple screening packages offered by Life Line Screening
- Upsell screening package based on health risks
- Secure payment plans. Focus on pre-paid screening appointments
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Outstanding phone etiquette with a strong ability for Consultative Sales
- 1 year previous Customer Service or Call Center environment
- A competitive mindset to meet and exceed performance/sales goals
- Must have a minimum internet speed of 50 Mbps, 10mbps Upload. Must be able to hard wire into internet router with laptop. Satellite and Cellular Hotspot Internet is not compatible with our phone system.
- High school diploma or equivalent required – physical copy; some college preferred
Benefits and Perks:
- $14-$16 hourly rate
- Paid monthly commission based on performance- Average monthly commission $600 a month.  Top 10-15% of performers earn up to $1800- $2500 a month commission.  Holidays

- PTO accrual after 6 months- can be used in advance.  PTO increases over years of service.

In the spirit of pay transparency, we want to share the base salary range for this position is $14-$16 hourly, not including benefits, potential bonuses or additional compensation. If you are hired, your base salary will be determined based on factors such as individual skills, qualifications, experience, and geographic location. In addition, we also believe in the importance of pay equity and consider the internal equity of our current team members as a part of any final offer. Please keep in mind that the range mentioned above is the full base salary range for the role. Hiring at the maximum of the range would not be typical in order to allow for future & continued salary growth
