Job Description
Our client is seeking Outbound Sales Representatives who are compassionate and consultative. You will be responsible for educating callers about the benefits of early health screenings and additional services available. Outbound Sales Representatives make an average of 70 to 150 outgoing calls per shift to repeat customers offering additional healthcare screenings.
Responsibilities:
- Collect relevant health information from your callers to understand their specific health risks
- Educate callers on the benefits of early health screenings, which improve length and quality of life through the prevention and early detection of chronic/major health conditions
- Use a consultative sales approach to recommend medically relevant services, while converting leads and meeting sales goals
- Schedule screening appointment and collect payments over the phone
- Discuss multiple screening packages offered and upsell screening package based on health risks
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Previous call center and sales experience is required with stable job history
- Outstanding phone etiquette with a strong ability for Consultative Sales
- A competitive mindset to meet and exceed performance/sales goals
- Minimum internet speed of 50 MBPS and 10 MBPS (internet speed test will be given)
- High School Diploma or equivalent and completion of a pre-employment drug screen and criminal background check

- Paid monthly commission based on performance – Average monthly commission $600 a month. Top 10-15% of performers earn up to $1800-$2500 a month commission

In the spirit of pay transparency, we want to share the base salary range for this position is $14 -$16, not including benefits, potential bonuses or additional compensation. If you are hired, your base salary will be determined based on factors such as individual skills, qualifications, experience, and geographic location. In addition, we also believe in the importance of pay equity and consider the internal equity of our current team members as a part of any final offer. Please keep in mind that the range mentioned above is the full base salary range for the role. Hiring at the maximum of the range would not be typical in order to allow for future & continued salary growth
