Job Description
We are seeking a skilled and adaptable Restaurant Technology Manager to support a 24-location restaurant chain, including six franchise locations. This role focuses on POS system management, restaurant technology, vendor relations, and corporate office administration to ensure smooth business operations. The ideal candidate has experience in the restaurant industry and a strong background in technology and operations.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee POS management, including menu updates, tax rates, coupon programming, and troubleshooting hardware/software issues.
- Maintain restaurant management software (Decision Logic), updating bid files, recipes, inventory, and order guides.
- Manage vendor relationships, handling product substitutions, pricing issues, and restaurant support for vendor accounts.
- Program digital readerboards for promotions and review mystery shopper reports to enhance the customer experience.
- Oversee corporate administration, including office supplies, events, storage facilities, Office 365 accounts, and security access.
- Configure, install, and troubleshoot networking hardware/software for stores and the corporate office.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in operations, administration, or management, ideally within the restaurant industry.
- Strong understanding of business technology systems, including payroll, software administration, and vendor coordination.
- Experience with network setup and troubleshooting, including IP configurations, firewall management, and LAN/WAN connections.
- Familiarity with POS systems and restaurant management software (such as Decision Logic) is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Office 365.
- Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- A valid driver’s license and a clean driving record are required for travel to various restaurant locations.

The base salary range for this position is $90,000 – $100,000, excluding benefits, bonuses, or other compensation. Your final salary will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, location, and internal pay equity. Please note, hiring at the top of the range is uncommon to allow room for future salary growth.
