Job Description:
As an SAP Basis Administrator, you will bring your expertise in SAP Basis/HANA Administration to support high-availability, disaster recovery solutions, and system upgrades. You’ll collaborate on critical sustainment tasks, drive innovation with SAP S/4 upgrades, and contribute to the RISE migration project. The role involves managing diverse SAP NetWeaver Suite products and maintaining a fast-paced, dynamic environment with shifting priorities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform upgrades, installations, and day-to-day administration of SAP ECC, S/4, BOBJ, CC (Convergent Charging), CM (Convergent Mediation), PO, GRC, Portal, Solution Manager, and HANA.
- Support high-availability and disaster recovery solutions for SAP applications.
- Create and maintain infrastructure documentation, architectural diagrams, processes, and procedures.
- Work in a rotating on-call schedule, including weekends.
- Participate in SAP S/4 upgrade projects and RISE migration efforts.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- 8-10 years of experience in SAP Basis support, including SAP ECC, S/4, CC (Convergent Charging), CM (Convergent Mediation), and HANA administration.
- Expertise in installing, upgrading, and maintaining SAP NetWeaver Suite products.
- Proven experience with disaster recovery and high-availability solutions.
- Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and communication skills.
- Experience with SAP S/4 upgrades and RISE migrations preferred.
- Bachelor’s Degree in a related field or equivalent experience.

The Pay Rate range for this position is $50 – $56 per hour, excluding benefits. Your final Pay Rate will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, location, and internal pay equity. Please note, hiring at the top of the range is uncommon to allow room for future salary growth.
