Job Description
Coordinate and manage the interview process for potential candidates by communicating with hiring managers, candidates, and other HR staff to schedule phone, video, or in-person interviews, ensuring smooth logistics and timely execution of the hiring process, often utilizing dedicated scheduling tools and maintaining accurate records within the HR system.
Responsibilities:
- Connect with candidates via email or phone to initiate interview scheduling.
- Providing candidates with detailed information regarding interview format, location, required documents, and contact details.
- Check the availability of hiring managers and interviewers to find suitable times for interviews
- Utilizing applicant tracking systems (ATS) or dedicated interview scheduling tools to manage interview slots and send automated reminders.
- Keep all parties informed about interview updates, rescheduling needs, and any changes to the process.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HR software
- Detail-oriented approach with high accuracy
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
- Customer service skills to manage candidate interactions

The base pay range for this position is $20.00 per hour, excluding benefits, bonuses, or other compensation. Your final compensation will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, location, and internal pay equity. Please note, that hiring at the top of the range is uncommon to allow room for future growth.
