Job Description
The Administrative Assistant is responsible for maintaining accurate student records, processing enrollment, managing transcripts, verifying attendance, and ensuring compliance with academic policies and procedures.
Responsibilities:
- Manages student records, including enrollment, transcripts, and scheduling, while ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
- They oversee registration processes, maintain compliance with policies like FERPA, and submit required data to district or state systems.
- The role also involves assisting families, staff, and teachers with record-related inquiries and support.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are essential to maintain efficient operations and uphold student data integrity.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- High school diploma and/or GED required.
- 1+ year of related experience is required.

The base pay range for this position is $18-$25/Hr. , excluding benefits, bonuses, or other compensation. Your final compensation will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, location, and internal pay equity. Please note, hiring at the top of the range is uncommon to allow room for future growth.
