Job Description
As a Senior Accountant, you will work in a busy environment ensuring the accuracy of financial statements in alignment with GAAP, conducting cost analyses, and supporting audit processes. In this role it will provide career growth to Assistant Controller and beyond.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports
- Analyze data related to job costing
- Handle general ledger reconciliations and resolve any discrepancies
- Other day-to-day accounting procedures
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance, required
- 2 + years’ experience in job cost and inventory management
- Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, vlookups etc)
- Audit experience, highly preferred

The base salary range for this position is $65,000–$80,000, excluding benefits, bonuses, or other compensation. Your final salary will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, location, and internal pay equity. Please note, hiring at the top of the range is uncommon to allow room for future salary growth.
