Job Description
A successful Senior Accountant in this role will have strong analytical skills to compile, review, and interpret financial data while ensuring accuracy in reporting. They will excel at problem-solving and process improvement, identifying opportunities to streamline reconciliations and reporting procedures. Effective communication and time management will be key, as they collaborate across departments, respond to auditor inquiries, and meet strict deadlines with precision and efficiency.
Responsibilities:
- Analyze and prepare financial data from multiple sources to ensure accurate financial reporting in compliance with statutory and GAAP requirements.

- Facilitate clear communication between various departments and offices to coordinate financial reporting and accounting processes.
- Review existing processes and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency in financial reporting, reconciliations, and data management.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
- 2 years recent experience as a Senior Accountant with hands on financial reporting experience
- Strong GAAP knowledge, Statutory accounting a plus
- Proficient with research and identifying problems while troubleshooting to resolve

The base salary range for this position is $75,000–$95,000 per year, excluding benefits, bonuses, or other compensation. Your final salary will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, location, and internal pay equity. Please note, hiring at the top of the range is uncommon to allow room for future salary growth.
