Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Financial Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for evaluating financial data, preparing reports, and providing insights to support decision-making and drive business growth. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, a solid understanding of financial principles, and the ability to communicate complex information effectively.
Responsibilities:
- Managing and analyzing large sets of data
- Analyze current budget and any variances
- Prepare reports based on data and current cost analytics and findings
- Understand healthcare and Medicaid/Medicare reimbursement regulations
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or economics
- Minimum 4 years of experience in financial data analytics
- Healthcare industry experience is preferred
- Great communication skills

The base salary range for this position is $75,000–$85,000, excluding benefits, bonuses, or other compensation. Your final salary will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, location, and internal pay equity. Please note, hiring at the top of the range is uncommon to allow room for future salary growth.
