Job Description
- Ensure IT and Operational Technology (OT) infrastructure (hardware, software, voice and data networks, storage, servers, mobile and wired telephone) is maintained and works reliably to meet business needs.
- Provide day-to-day operational support for existing infrastructure services and end-user support for those services
- Complete moderate to complex technical assignments and project-based work to promote the effective use of new and existing technology
Responsibilities:
- Maintain a detailed inventory of IT fixed assets, such as servers, computers, networking equipment, and software licenses.
- Manage the proper disposal of obsolete or end-of-life IT equipment in compliance with regulations
- Schedule maintenance and updates for IT equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Assisting with self-audit for all service lines.
- Retrieving purchase orders from the warehouse and labeling equipment.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Must have a valid Texas Driver's License and comply with AP 2-2 policy
- Requires a bachelor’s degree in Materials Management, Business Administration, Accounting or a closely related field.
- One year of experience in inventory control or materials management is required.
- Four years of responsible experience in inventory control/materials management may be substituted for the degree requirement
