Job Description
The Senior Project Manager will be responsible for leading the JWEB modernization initiative, ensuring that all project phases are executed within scope, budget, and timeline while maintaining high-quality standards. This role requires dynamic change management and collaboration with stakeholders to drive business value and achieve project success.
Responsibilities:
- Partner with the Integrated Justice Information System Director and justice community to refine the modernization strategy.
- Oversee and drive the execution of the JWEB modernization project, ensuring milestones are met.
- Manage project timelines, resource allocation, and stakeholder communication to maintain progress.
- Adapt project plans as needed to accommodate evolving requirements and scope adjustments.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Proven experience in managing large-scale IT modernization projects with a strong track record of successful delivery.
- Expertise in project management methodologies, risk assessment, and change management.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills to engage with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Ability to manage project budgets, timelines, and deliverables while ensuring alignment with business objectives.

- Must pass a criminal background check, including fingerprinting.

The Pay Rate range for this position is $36 – $41 per hour, excluding benefits. Your final Pay Rate will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, location, and internal pay equity. Please note, hiring at the top of the range is uncommon to allow room for future salary growth.
