DO YOU ALIGN WITH THESE KEY QUALIFICATIONS?
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field;
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in Lean environment
- Experience in high-volume metal working production
- In-depth knowledge of manufacturing processes, including machining, assembly, and inspection
- Proficiency in 3D modeling software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD) is required.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve manufacturing issues.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively within cross-functional teams..

WHAT WILL YOU DO?
- Develop, design, and implement efficient assembly processes to meet production goals and quality standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of new processes into the manufacturing environment.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement solutions to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve product quality.
- Develop and maintain manufacturing documentation, including work instructions, drawings, 3D CAD models, process flow charts, visual standards, and standard operating procedures
- Collaborate with production teams to develop and refine machining strategies for improved productivity and quality.
- Work closely with the design and engineering teams to ensure seamless integration of 3D models into manufacturing processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including production, quality, and design, to ensure alignment and effective communication of manufacturing requirements.
