Job Description
In this position you will play a leading role in executing accounting transactions for a portfolio of properties in the Omaha area.
Responsibilities:
- Reporting on all financial results
- Hands on work and communication with executive leadership regarding financial performance
- Myriad of transactional accounting activity that is essential to continuous improvement
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting is preferred
- 2+ years in an accountant or senior accountant role, performing reconciliations across the balance sheet
- Must be able to work in fast moving environment

The annual base salary for this position is $65000 – $75000 per year (excluding benefits, bonuses, or other compensation. Your final salary will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, location, and internal pay equity. Please note, hiring at the top of the range is uncommon to allow room for future salary growth.
