Job Description
The Senior Quality Assurance Analyst – IT Software Tester will support the 311 Phase3 Project. This includes the implementation of ServiceNow and integration with other applications. The role involves collaborating with multiple departments to ensure the effective delivery of high-quality software solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with end users and clients to analyze requirements and contribute to User Story Grooming and High-Level Test Strategies/Test Plans.
- Create and execute test cases, conducting End-to-End Testing across Dev, QA, Staging, and Production environments, including back-end, database, Web Services, UI, and Load Testing.
- Track, report, and manage defects while providing QA approvals during CI/CD processes and delivering production support and maintenance.
- Participate in SCRUM and review meetings, ensuring effective communication of testing matrices and status updates to stakeholders.
- Evaluate and implement software testing tools, leading capacity planning, resource allocation, and continuous improvement within the QA team.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Experience in software testing, including Functional, Integration, System, End-to-End, and Regression Testing.
- Proficiency in creating and executing test cases in DevOps.
- Strong analytical skills for root cause analysis and quality issue resolution.
- Exposure to CI/CD processes.
- Familiarity with SCRUM and Agile methodologies.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Knowledge of ServiceNow and database testing is a plus.

The Pay Rate range for this position is $33 – $36 per hour, excluding benefits. Your final Pay Rate will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, location, and internal pay equity. Please note, hiring at the top of the range is uncommon to allow room for future salary growth.
