Senior Tax Accountant

WHAT IS GREAT ABOUT THESE SENIOR TAX ACCOUNTANT OPPORTUNITIES?
- Direct Hire
- Onsite
- 50 hours a week during tax season – off-season is less depending on how much over 40 hours done during tax season
- $80000 with bonus potential – flexibility depending on experience
DO YOU ALIGN WITH THESE KEY QUALIFICATIONS TO BE CONSIDERED FOR THE SENIOR TAX ACCOUNTANT?
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
- EA or CPA required (or in the process of obtaining CPA)
- Min 4 years of tax experience in a public accounting firm
- Ability to travel one day a week to small towns in Iowa during the busy season
AS THE SENIOR TAX ACCOUNTANT, YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:
- Manage a staff accountant and oversee and review tax returns
- Complete and process individual and corporate tax returns
- Provide excellent customer service to tax and accounting clients
