Job Description:
The Service Center Representative is responsible for delivering exceptional customer support by efficiently handling order processing and customer inquiries within a fast-paced sales and marketing environment. This role involves accurately entering and maintaining order information, tracking shipments, addressing customer complaints, and ensuring prompt and professional responses to customer needs. The ideal candidate demonstrates strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Responsibilities:
- Guarantee the accuracy of all order processing documentation (written, entered, printed, and filed).
- Immediate and accurate order taking, recording and data entry, identification of payment terms when required: International orders, credit holds, faxed order acknowledgment when required.
- Immediate or same day response to customer inquiry of service order, delivery, availability, pricing, and product information. International inquiries 24-hour maximum response.
- Maintenance of updated product information, resource materials and memos.
- Returned goods processing, documentation, distribution and filing.
- Tracking customer shipments on hold and follow up notifications when required.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- High School Diploma / GED and Associate’s degree
- Two (2) years of Customer service-related work, preferably in a manufacturing setting
- Experienced with order processing, knowledge of computerized order entry and processing systems.
- Technical product knowledge must be familiar with product specifications, availability, and pricing to assist customer inquiries

In the spirit of pay transparency, we want to share the base salary range for this position is $19.00 – $23.00 hourly not including benefits, potential bonuses or additional compensation. If you are hired, your base salary will be determined based on factors such as individual skills, qualifications, experience, and geographic location. In addition, we also believe in the importance of pay equity and consider the internal equity of our current team members as a part of any final offer. Please keep in mind that the range mentioned above is the full base salary range for the role. Hiring at the maximum of the range would not be typical in order to allow for future & continued salary growth
