Job Description
As a service coordinator you will prepare quotes and invoices to send to customers. Provide excellent customer service through the phone and email, and help with projects in the office.
Responsibilities:
- Create and send customer quotes and invoices
- Update service technician’s certifications and badges
- Answer phones and enter service requests
- Assist with projects as needed
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Good grammar, spelling, and communication skills
- Organized and attentive
- Someone that is positive and friendly
- At least 3 years in an administrative role

The base salary for this position is $54,000, excluding benefits, bonuses, or other compensation. Your final salary will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, location, and internal pay equity. Please note, hiring at the top of the range is uncommon to allow room for future salary growth.
