- 1 -year contract with extension possible based on performance
- Expected to work ONSITE in Wayne, PA with some possibility of remote work
- $21 – $25 per hour with some flexibility based on skills and experience
- Start time: During training 8:30am. After training, you will be assigned a set start time between 7:30 and 9am. After acclimated in role, rotate through the late shift (12:00 – 8:30pm) once every 10-12 weeks.

- 2 years of experience Imaging, Configuring, Deploying, and Troubleshooting hardware (PC and iOS devices)
- 3-5 years’ Service Desk/Technical Support experience
- Excellent customer service skills (via phone and face to face)
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
- Meticulous attention to detail
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
- Fluent speaking and writing in English (Multi-lingual Portuguese a plus)
- Experience handling and proper routing of ITSM call tickets, call resolution, and transition of calls to proper service area when appropriate
- Engage customers through detailed intake calls to the service desk via multiple mediums (phone, email, walk up, and self-service portal)
- Attempt to resolve issues immediately and escalate to the appropriate team where necessary
- Configure, deploy, troubleshoot, and coordinate repair of hardware such as laptops and mobile devices
- Play an active role in supporting the end-user support portal
- Gather required data to facilitate resolution of customer issues/requests and maintain customer communication throughout the resolution process
- Occasionally manage communications to the IT customer base regarding incidents/problems and outages
