Job Description
A Service Talent Coordinator's main function is to manage building security, engineering, and cleaning staff to ensure smooth operations and maintain high standards of service along with reviewing tenant lease information. Maintain compliant with Illinois laws
Responsibilities:
- Responded to tenant and vendor building inquiries and procured quotes from vendors
- Responded to tenant and vendor building inquiries and procured quotes from vendors
- Coordinated tenant move-ins and move-outs, ensuring smooth transitions and minimal disruptions by organizing schedules and resources effectively
- Reviewed tenant work order requests based on priority, improving response times and tenant satisfaction
- Updated Certificates of Insurance for tenants and vendors by maintaining accurate records in the database

In the spirit of pay transparency, we want to share the base salary range for this position is $45,000,-$50,000, not including benefits, potential bonuses, or additional compensation. If you are hired, your base salary will be determined based on factors such as individual skills, qualifications, experience, and geographic location. In addition, we also believe in the importance of pay equity and consider the internal equity of our current team members as a part of any final offer. Please keep in mind that the range mentioned above is the full base salary range for the role. Hiring at the maximum of the range would not be typical in order to allow for future & continued salary growth
