Job Description Join a trusted and fast-growing installation team as a Service Technician. You will be responsible for turnkey installation and service work on a range of residential and commercial projects, ensuring the highest level of quality control, customer satisfaction, and technical coordination across departments. This hands-on role is ideal for someone with a construction background who thrives in a team setting and enjoys a variety of work.
Responsibilities:
- Install and service fireplaces, framing, gas lines, masonry, trim work, and custom outdoor products
- Inspect installations and service work for quality and compliance
- Communicate with sales and operations teams for technical coordination
- Maintain installation reports, photos, truck logs, and serial number documentation
- Ensure jobs meet quality expectations and customer standards
Qualifications and Requirements:
- 0-1 years of experience in the construction industry
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Strong time management and attention to detail
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Ability to lift and move up to 100 lbs; must be able to work in all weather conditions

In the spirit of pay transparency, we want to share the base salary range for this position is $5200 – $56160 annually, not including benefits, potential bonuses, or additional compensation. If you are hired, your base salary will be determined based on factors such as individual skills, qualifications, experience, and geographic location. In addition, we also believe in the importance of pay equity and consider the internal equity of our current team members as a part of any final offer. Please keep in mind that the range mentioned above is the full base salary range for the role. Hiring at the maximum of the range would not be typical in order to allow for future & continued salary growth.
