Job Description
You will be responsible for setting up the high pressure die casting machinery and getting it ready for production runs to produce brass and aluminum castings from molten metal.
Responsibilities:
- Install and remove tooling in die casting machines and trim presses
- Configure, load, and validate automation for production runs
- Assist with process adjustments to maintain/improve casting quality
- Handle material receiving, metal transfers, and furnace tending
- Support production goals throughout the shift
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Prior manufacturing experience preferred; die casting/foundry experience a plus
- Ability to stand, lift, and work in varying temperatures
- Strong attention to detail and safety awareness
- Dependable with regular and punctual attendance
- HSD or GED

The base salary range for this position is $23/hr, excluding benefits, bonuses, or other compensation. Your final salary will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, location, and internal pay equity. Please note, hiring at the top of the range is uncommon to allow room for future salary growth.
