Job Description
Join a dynamic and team-oriented environment as a Sewing Machine Operator. You will play a key role in producing quality products in a sewing team-based cluster while adhering to company standards. This role offers on-the-job training and the opportunity to develop skills in a manufacturing setting.
Responsibilities:
- Operate sewing equipment, adjusting as needed to meet production cycles.
- Produce products to required specifications using proper methods and tools.
- Maintain and safely operate sewing equipment, ensuring proper setup and adherence to safety protocols.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED preferred
- At least 1 year in a manufacturing environment is preferred
- Initiative, Achievement Orientation, Analytical Thinking, Self-Confidence, Teamwork, and Collaboration
- Ability to stand for the duration of the shift and walk frequently

The base salary range for this position is $16.00.hr, excluding benefits, bonuses, or other compensation. Your final salary will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, location, and internal pay equity. Please note, hiring at the top of the range is uncommon to allow room for future salary growth.
