Job Description
This position is an active on-the-floor support position which could entail standing for long periods of time. While performing the job duties, the employee is regularly required to work with hands repetitively (grabbing, handling, picking, packing, processing, etc.). The employee must regularly lift and/or move up to 60 pounds (i.e. – loading and unloading pallets).
Responsibilities:
- Will coordinate/interface with Logistics Supervisor to achieve logistics goals and objectives
- Be able to perform warehouse duties such as picking, staging, packaging, and shipping orders when called upon with proper cross training
- Responsible for receiving incoming materials and properly unloading, handling, and stocking
- Unloading merchandise being received from loading docks to stock and place into warehouse inventory
- Move materials through facility with the use of material handling equipment, Operate manual or powered pallet jacks (or fork trucks – based on qualifications)
Qualifications and Requirements:
- High school or equivalent (Preferred)
- Must be able to read and understand written and verbal instructions
- Must be able to perform basic math calculations related to the position
- Legibly and accurately record production performance data in a timely fashion
- Minimum three years of manufacturing experience
- Basic computer skills (including use of Microsoft Office)

Please keep in mind that the range mentioned above is the full base salary range for the role. Hiring at the maximum of the range would not be typical in order to allow for future & continued salary growth.
