Shipping & Receiving Associate (LTL)

Hours: Full-time, Monday-Friday, 7am-3:30pm
The Reserves Network is currently seeking a Shipping & Receiving Associate (LTL) to join a dynamic team. This role focuses on handling and preparing shipments, ensuring products are safely packaged, and maintaining accuracy in order fulfillment. The successful candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, working independently and collaboratively to meet daily shipping and receiving goals.
Responsibilities:
- Review and pick products for orders as assigned by the Team Leader.
- Package picked products to maintain integrity during the shipping and transportation process.
- Build skids for orders to ensure durability throughout transit.
- Complete all required paperwork for shipments and enter information into the shipping system as needed.
- Load and unload trucks in a timely manner, including scheduling and contacting trucking companies.
- Process paperwork for incoming goods and support receiving operations.
List Qualification or Requirements:
- Knowledge of materials handling and best practices for shipping and receiving.
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- Strong attention to detail and familiarity with LTL shipping processes.
- Effective communication skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Positive attitude and ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
