Job Description
In this role, you will assist with the day-to-day operations of the shop, supporting production and maintenance tasks to ensure smooth workflow and a clean, organized work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with the assembly, cleaning, and maintenance of shop equipment and tools.
- Help in the preparation and staging of materials for production and shipping.
- Load and unload deliveries, ensuring proper handling and storage of products.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety and housekeeping standards.
- Support technicians and other shop personnel with various tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a manufacturing or shop environment.
- Ability to lift and move heavy objects (up to 50 lbs).
- Basic knowledge of hand and power tools.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work well in a team.
- Ability to read a tape measure
