The Shoulder Pads position identifies and analyzes product failures and required repairs related to shoulder pads. Restores the appearance of reconditioned equipment and recertifies equipment to one of several NOCSAE standards for the performance of equipment worn by athletes.
Responsibilities:
- Follows work instructions/specifications to determine required exterior finish on a product and any special options.
- Requires heavy lifting.
- Diagnoses and repairs hardware using established procedures.
- Orders and replaces parts as needed/necessary.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Manual dexterity for operating equipment and tools
- Flexibility with schedule, ability to work mandatory overtime.
- Ability to think critically and solve problems.

Your final compensation will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, location, and internal pay equity.
