Job Description:
This position is ideal for a motivated sales professional who enjoys helping customers find the right products for their needs. As a Showroom Sales Associate, you will assist customers, generate quotes, manage product displays, and support sales operations. If you thrive in a consultative sales environment and have experience working on commission, this could be a great fit for you.
Responsibilities:
- Greet customers, assess their needs, and guide them through product selection.
- Create quotes, contracts, and bid worksheets.
- Maintain showroom organization, update displays, and ensure product literature is stocked.
- Process orders, coordinate with internal teams, and schedule deliveries.
- Attend meetings, stay updated on product offerings, and support sales operations.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Sales Experience Required – Prior commission-based experience is a plus.

In the spirit of pay transparency, we want to share the base hourly pay range for this position is $18.00-$20.00 per hour not including benefits, potential bonuses, or additional compensation. If you are hired, your base salary will be determined based on factors such as individual skills, qualifications, experience, and geographic location. We also believe in the importance of pay equity and consider internal equity of our current team members as part of any final offer. Please keep in mind that the range mentioned above is the full base salary range for the role. Hiring at the maximum of the range would not be typical in order to allow for future & continued salary growth.
