- Safely operate shredding equipment and handle confidential documents
- Maintain a clean and organized shredding area
- Follow company protocols for material shredding
- Adhere to safety guidelines and company policies

- Ability to lift and carry boxes of materials as needed
- Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
