Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Solderer with expertise in both thru-hole and surface-mount soldering, specifically for small boards, as well as experience working with 32-gauge wires and fiber optic cables. A key skill is precision and enjoyment in working with small, intricate components.
Responsibilities:
- Perform high-quality thru-hole and surface-mount soldering on small circuit boards.
- Work with 32-gauge wires and fiber optic cables, ensuring precise connections and solder joints.
- Read and interpret engineering drawings, work orders, and assembly instructions.
- Perform visual inspections of solder joints to ensure quality standards are met.
- Utilize various soldering tools and equipment effectively, adhering to safety and quality guidelines.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring all tools and materials are in good working condition.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure all assembly goals are met on time and with the highest quality standards.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience operating forklifts and other warehouse equipment preferred.
- Proven experience with both thru-hole and surface-mount soldering.
- Hands-on experience with small circuit boards, 32-gauge wires, and fiber optic cables.
- Attention to detail and ability to perform intricate soldering work.
- Ability to follow technical instructions and blueprints.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot soldering issues.
- Previous experience in an electronics manufacturing environment is preferred.
- Excellent hand-eye coordination and fine motor skills.

Please keep in mind that the range mentioned above is the full base salary range for the role.
