Job Description
The Senior Business Analyst will analyze complex datasets and create insightful reports to guide leadership decision-making. This role involves close collaboration with stakeholders to understand business processes, improve workflows, and design sustainable data solutions. You will focus on ensuring data accuracy, automating processes, and delivering actionable recommendations that enhance efficiency and alignment with organizational goals.
Responsibilities
- Document and analyze workflows to identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements.

- Generate reports and dashboards using Power BI and SQL for leadership insights.
- Implement automation and process optimization to enhance accuracy and efficiency.

Qualifications and Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Business Intelligence, Analytics, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in business analysis, focusing on data and process optimization.
- Proficiency in Power BI, SQL, Visio/Lucid Chart, Microsoft Office Suite, and Jira.
- Strong business process analysis and documentation skills.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
