• Competitive Pay of $110,000–$135,000 per year

Take on a leadership role in managing high-profile construction projects up to $50 million as a Senior Project Manager. This position involves planning, organizing, and directing all project activities while ensuring compliance with timelines, budgets, and quality standards. The Senior Project Manager will also collaborate with the Director of Operations, manage client relationships, and lead business development efforts. Experience with wood frame construction and/or steel frame projects is highly preferred.
• Plan, organize, and staff key field positions for assigned projects
• Establish project objectives, schedules, and performance standards
• Oversee construction progress through coordination with on-site Superintendents
• Monitor and manage financial aspects of contracts, including budgets and cost projections
• Serve as the primary liaison with clients, architects, and engineers
• Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and building regulations
• Conduct project inspections and manage quality control programs
• Represent the company in meetings and negotiations with stakeholders
• Develop and implement strategies for addressing project challenges and delays
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or equivalent field
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in construction, design, finance, and management
• Experience with wood frame construction and/or steel frame projects preferred
• Proven ability to manage projects up to $50 million in size
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of industry practices, building codes, and regulations
• Proficient in construction management software (Timberline experience preferred)
• Ability to travel as required
• Pay Rate: $110K–$135K/year
