Job Description
As a Senior Financial Reporting Analyst, you will be responsible for developing accurate and timely financial reports that comply with GAAP, Sarbanes-Oxley requirements, SEC regulations, and company objectives. Your duties will include preparing financial filings, executing month-end and year-end accounting functions, assisting audits, and researching accounting issues as they arise. You will also contribute to the preparation of budgets, forecasts, and process improvements to enhance financial reporting.
Responsibilities:
• Prepare accurate and timely public filings, including Form 10-Q, 10-K, 8-K, Annual Proxy Statement, and quarterly earnings releases.
• Provide monthly internal financial statements and variance analyses.
• Execute monthly, quarterly, and year-end accounting functions, ensuring compliance with US GAAP.
• Lead the annual budget and quarterly forecast preparation process.
• Communicate with external and internal audit teams to address financial reporting disclosure requests.
Qualifications and Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, with at least 5 years of experience in finance or financial reporting; Master’s degree preferred.
• Robust knowledge of US GAAP and internal controls over financial reporting.
• Experience preparing SEC filings or similar quarterly/annual reports is preferred.
• CPA or CMA license is a plus.
• Proficiency in SAP, Business Planning Consolidation, and advanced MS Excel skills.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

The base salary range for this position is $35.00–$40.00, excluding benefits, bonuses, or other compensation. Your final salary will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, location, and internal pay equity. Please note, hiring at the top of the range is uncommon to allow room for future salary growth.
