- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with at least 2 years in a senior or lead role.
- Proven track record of successfully recruiting for a variety of roles in different industries and geographic regions.
- Experience working with an ATS (e.g., ADP RM)
- Experience recruiting for roles within the agricultural, manufacturing, or logistics industries.
- SHRM-CP or PHR certification.
- Bilingual (Spanish and English) preferred.
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for positions across the Company, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and extending offers.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to develop job descriptions and recruitment strategies that align with business needs.
- Source talent through various channels, including online platforms, networking events, industry associations, and employee referrals.
- Conduct initial phone screens and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Manage relationships with third-party recruiting agencies and staffing firms when necessary.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations throughout the hiring process.
- Track and report on key recruitment metrics, such as time-to-fill and cost-per-hire.
- Actively promote employer brand and drive engagement through participation in job fairs, recruitment events, and community outreach.
- Lead diversity and inclusion hiring initiatives, ensuring a diverse pool of candidates for all positions.
