Job Description
As a Staff Accountant, you will work in a busy environment ensuring the accuracy the general ledger, handling AP & AR processes, and other day to day accounting processes.
Responsibilities:
- Handle daily Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable processes
- Assist with month-end close processes
- Handle general ledger reconciliations and resolve any discrepancies
- Other day-to-day accounting procedures
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Associate’s degree in Accounting or Finance, required
- 5 + years’ experience in accounting
- Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, vlookups etc)
- Experience in construction or manufacturing industry

The base salary range for this position is $62.000–$70,500, excluding benefits, bonuses, or other compensation. Your final salary will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, location, and internal pay equity. Please note, hiring at the top of the range is uncommon to allow room for future salary growth.
