Surface Grinder Operator
1st Shift; 6a – 2:30p plus overtime, Monday – Friday
$24+/ hr.

We are currently looking for an individual to fill a Surface Grinder Operator position at our location in Brunswick, OH.
What you will do:
• Setup and run various grinding jobs
• Maintain a safe, organized work environment
• Setup and run concurrent jobs on multiple machines when necessary
• Perform inspection to ensure good quality
• Perform daily preventative maintenance routines on grinding equipment
What you need:
• Machining (grinding) experience on conventional or CNC equipment
• Tool and Die experience
• Blue-print reading skills
• Ability to precision grind parts with intricate specifications.
• Ability to use standard measuring equipment such as micrometers, calipers and indicators
• Shop math skills
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Strong interpersonal skills to allow proper communication between co-workers and management.
• Ability to work to metric dimensions
