Job Description
Under the guidance of the Director of HR Shared Services, the Talent Acquisition Partner is responsible for identifying and recruiting qualified candidates to fill company positions. This includes sourcing potential applicants, evaluating their fit for the organization, and participating in or hosting designated job fairs to attract talent. The role may require flexible working hours.
Responsibilities:
- Serves as the primary point of contact for managers during the hiring process, ensuring that job offers are extended efficiently and accurately to selected candidates.
- Oversees all vacant roles to ensure they are filled within established time-sensitive deadlines, actively managing timelines to meet organizational staffing goals.
- Ensures job offers are promptly extended to selected applicants, streamlining the process to secure top talent quickly and minimize delays in filling critical positions.
- Collects, organizes, and maintains employee satisfaction survey results, analyzing trends and feedback to support ongoing improvements in workplace culture and engagement.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources management, business administration or a relevant field.
- Prior experience as a Talent Acquisition Partner, or similar experience in an HR role

In the spirit of pay transparency, we want to share the base hourly range for this position is $33 – $36 not including benefits, potential bonuses or additional compensation. If you are hired, your base salary will be determined based on factors such as individual skills, qualifications, experience, and geographic location. In addition, we also believe in the importance of pay equity and consider the internal equity of our current team members as a part of any final offer. Please keep in mind that the range mentioned above is the full base salary range for the role. Hiring at the maximum of the range would not be typical in order to allow for future & continued salary growth
