A long-time client of ours is looking to hire a seasoned Tax CPA to help fill a void in their income tax review process. This role can be a pathway to partner or a stable role at the manager level for as long as you love it. This is a locally owned and run mid-sized Omaha CPA firm that really understands to both get the most out of its people while providing the kind of work-life balance that the big firms cannot.
WHAT IS GREAT ABOUT THIS THIS OPPORTUNITY?
• Direct hire role that will pay a base salary between $80000 – $110000 per year, depending on experience

DO YOU ALIGN WITH THESE KEY QUALIFICATIONS?
• 4-7 years overall with 2+ of tax reviewing experience
• CPA License
• Outstanding desire to serve customers
WHAT WILL YOUR SUCCESS LOOK LIKE?
You will administer the vision of the partner group in how they serve customers and be a truly indispensable asset to their businesses while learning and growing on your way towards a partner role.
WHAT WILL YOU DO?
• Review of client corporate income tax returns
• Development of tax staff
• Assist partnership in all firm initiatives
